Free Payroll Setup for CFIB Members

This promotion will run from February 10, 2025 to April 30, 2025 (Promotion Period). Free payroll setup means that Payworks will waive the standard payroll setup (also referred to as payroll implementation) fees applicable to a new Payworks client. To be eligible for this promotion, you must be an active CFIB Member in good standing that becomes a new Payworks client by signing a standard Payworks services agreement during the Promotion Period. All other payroll service fees and per employee fees will apply in accordance with your Payworks services agreement. There may be other implementation fees payable for added Payworks services or features you elect. All other terms and conditions of the Payworks services agreement applies, including cancellation of services. If you cease or cancel your payroll setup prior to your first billing cycle, you are not entitled to any cash equivalent. Payworks reserves the right to withdraw this limited time offer at any time. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion [except for the 90-Day Free Trial of HR Enable promotion], is not transferable, and is not eligible with and/or be combined with Payworks Managed Payroll Services, other Payworks non-standard payroll services, and non-payroll services.

90-Day Free Trial of HR Enable

This promotion will run from February 10, 2025 to April 30, 2025 (Promotion Period) and is limited to a 90-day trial of HR Enable. To be eligible for this promotion, you must be an active CFIB Member in good standing; be either an existing Payworks payroll client or a new Payworks payroll client; and have signed a standard Payworks services agreement and HR Enable Supplemental Terms during the Promotion Period. The 90 day free trial of HR Enable begins (a) for existing Payworks clients, once your HR Enable account has been implemented by Payworks ; and (b) for new Payworks clients, once your once your HR Enable account has been implemented by Payworks and you run your first payroll run (each, the Free Trial Period).  Payworks will waive HR Enable service fees during the Free Trial Period. If you cease or cancel processing payroll or cancel HR Enable during the Free Trial Period, you forfeit any time remaining in such period and are not entitled to any cash equivalent. Once the Free Trial Period ends, starting with your next billing cycle, you will automatically be charged service fees for HR Enable in accordance with your Payworks services agreement. There may be fees, including during any Free Trial Period, for added services or features you elect. All other terms and conditions of the Payworks services agreement applies, including cancellation of services. Payworks reserves the right to withdraw this limited time offer at any time. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions [except for the Free Payroll Set-Up for CFIB Members promotion], is not transferable, and is not eligible with and/or be combined with Payworks Managed Payroll Services, other Payworks non-standard payroll services, and non-payroll services.
